About Us

I am Hardeep Ram, Director of Masala Creations. What began as my father’s passion for cooking has grown into a family-led catering company built on experience, passion and trust. Together with my team of chefs, each bringing over 35 years of culinary expertise, we specialise in crafting authentic Indian cuisine for unforgettable events.

My inspiration has always been my father, whose decades in the industry taught me that cooking is more than a skill. It is an experience. Each dish should tell a story, with flavours that linger long after the event has ended.

Masala Creations is more than a catering service; it is the joy of seeing guests smile, families celebrate and traditions honoured. Supported by my family, I followed this calling after university to continue my father’s vision and make it my own.
